PLEASE KNOW I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST OR DAMAGED ORDERS DUE TO USPS or UPS. I strongly urge you to purchase ROUTE insurance. You would then file a claim to get your money, and repurchase if desired. 

Please Note after Package Has Left my hands I can no longer control how long your item(s) takes to get to you, Please Be patient as Shipping times have not been the best. 

Turn Around Times -

Ready to Ship Items Will Be Shipped In 5-7 Business days( M-F) from the Purchase date. 

Custom Orders Turnaround Time

  Please Allow For the longest time listed in turnaround time On the home Page of the website, We strive to get out as soon as possible, but in Lieu of any High demands, Times Could Take Full Turn Around time.

For any defective or wrong items, please email thesouthernwienerdogdesigns@outlook.com  immediately.  Please contact us within 24 hours After Delivery for anything needing to be replaced. 

 

RETURNS and CANCELLATIONS: These are custom pieces that once you order, I can NOT sell to anyone else. I do not accept returns. cancellations must be placed within 12 Hours of purchase. Once your item has arrived to you and if the item is defective, it must be returned within 7 days for the return to be issued or remade!
